Establish a rewards system
Once you accomplish a goal, rewarding yourself is a powerful tool for motivation. You can set small rewards like a movie or going out to eat or larger rewards like going on a vacation. Be sure to set rewards that will motivate you to complete the tasks that will ultimately accomplish your goals.
